New City of Grand Rapids Housing Study Completed

The Grand Rapids EDA, the City of Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids and Itasca County HRAs and other housing partners are very interested in promoting the development of all forms of housing in the Grand Rapids area.  The Itasca County HRA has recently completed an updated Grand Rapids Housing Study. The Study provides recommendations on the amount and types of housing that should be developed in order to meet the needs of current and future households who choose to reside in the City.
